LIPs has through a collaborative online editing service created this platform to empower authors and publishers to bring flexibility and expertise to their work. If you have a book, project or journal you will like to publish then we can help you edit and format as well as create cover art designs, we have a network of professionals including authors, publishers and designers who have cut their teeth in the field and who are willing to edit your work. You do not have to worry about professionalism and you do not need to fear for the safety and protection of your manuscript being plagiarized because we will enter into a confidentiality agreement with you. You can send in your work via our email legallyinclinedprofessionals@gmail.com where we access the soft copy of your work in good time, it’s that easy. However, we are only limited to text editing in Microsoft word format and creating corel designs for your back cover.

A confidentiality agreement or a Non disclosure agreement is key to ensuring that your work is protected and please ensure that it is your own original work before sending it to us as we will not be responsible for any work that has been plagiarized. If there are any technical issues with your work we will send you a mail requesting you to resend the work after addressing the issues.

Formatting – N100 per page

Cover art design – N1000 per page

Editing – N200 per page  


Please note that authors should send a soft copy of manuscript to the email address legallyinclinedprofessionals@gmail.com. Manuscript should be on A4 and double line spaced, with minimum font size 14.
The names of authors, contact address, telephone numbers (preferably GSM) and e-mail should be sent along with the manuscript.
All manuscripts must be and remain original work of the author. LIPs has a firm editorial policy that except in special circumstances, articles submitted for consideration should be original work of the author.
All contributions must be in the English language. In special circumstances, articles written in other international languages will be considered for translation, but with special cost.
LIPs shall acknowledge the receipt of contributions and authors shall be informed of the status of their papers within 4 weeks of receipt of manuscript.
Please specify the nature of the service required on the subject section of your mail. 
We charge per page and we may give concessions depending on the volume of work.
